How do I know how many points I have?
- Log into your account
- In the top header on the right hand side/
- Alternatively, you can click on modify profile and you will see the total points you have on the top left.
Do I have to create a Profile to collect points?
- Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have a Profile.
- You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.
How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
- Log into your account
- Add items to your cart
- Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
- Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
- Click "Submit Order"
- If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
**Note that in our store, if you cannot collect points for that
product, then you also cannot pay for that product with points.
Examples are products on special, etc.
How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
- Log into your account
- Click on "Orders History"
- Select which order you want to look up.
- There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount
* A few products are not eligible for collecting points. Some that are
not eligible are products on special. See product details for the product you are interested in to
see the # of points you will receive!
* We reserve the Right to Change the collection rate, without prior notification.
* Points are not redeemable for cash!
* Points Cannot be collected from orders placed through selected quotes.
* Points Cannot be collected from shipping fees.
* Points are valid for 12 months from first purchase all unused points will be reset back to zero after 12 months.

Refer your friends to our store using our refer a friend system on the site and receive
175 points (worth £5) per friend that comes back and purchases everytime at our store.
