What we need from you

The website is included, and it stays quick and affordable because the process is tight. Here is the whole of it.

Your content. The words, the photos and the prices are yours to supply — you know your business better than we ever will. On the Presence package we write your starting text for you at no cost; you simply give us the facts. On Business and Professional we can write it for you as an addon.

Your feedback. Two rounds of changes are included, and we ask for your comments within a week of each one so your site does not sit half-finished.

Nothing else. There is no contract to sign beyond the year you have paid for, and no penalty for leaving.

Questions you are probably asking

How can you include a website at this price?

We built our own publishing platform in-house and have refined it on every site we ship. It handles the repetitive engineering, and AI assists us with the routine parts, so the hours that used to go into building a website from scratch are simply not needed any more.

A person still designs your site, checks it before it goes out, and answers the phone afterwards. We pass that saving on to you rather than putting it into a bigger invoice — because a good website is what keeps you hosting with us.

Is there a catch?

No. What we ask in return is your content and your feedback within the two rounds of changes included in your package. Everything that falls outside the package is listed openly under Addons above — there is nothing waiting to appear on a later invoice.

What happens if I stop hosting with you?

Your website is yours. We hand over the files — it is ordinary HTML, not locked inside our system — and we help you point your domain wherever you want to take it.

We would rather you stayed because you are happy with the service than because you cannot leave.

Can I really change the website myself?

Yes. You log in and edit your prices, your text and your photos directly on the page — no training course, no extra charge, no waiting for us.

If you would rather we did it for you, the Professional package includes six update requests a year.

What if I don't have text or photos ready?

On Presence we write your starting text for you at no cost — you just tell us the facts about your business and we do the wording.

On Business and Professional we can write it for you as an addon, from N$600 a page. For photos, a decent phone camera is usually good enough to start with, and we will tell you what to shoot.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes, and many do. When you are ready to move from your success.com.na address to your own domain, you keep everything you have already built and we redirect the old address so nobody gets lost.

You only pay the difference between the packages, plus the domain.

Why do I pay for a whole year at once?

It keeps the price down, and it means there is no monthly debit order against your account to manage or forget about. One invoice, one year, no surprises.
