Business Email Hosting Professional Email in Namibia
Email addresses on your own domain — secure, backed up and working on every device
Professional Email With Your Own Domain
An address like info@yourbusiness.com.na tells customers they are dealing with an established business. A free webmail address does the opposite.
PHOENIX hosts business email on your own domain, on secure servers in ISO 27001 certified datacentres — with webmail, a free SSL certificate, daily backups and support included.
Your mailboxes work in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mail app on your phone through the standard IMAP and SMTP protocols, and in any browser through webmail. We create the addresses, secure the connection and set up the domain records that help your messages reach the inbox.
Email is included in our website and hosting packages — three addresses in Business, five in Professional — and we look after it online, wherever in Namibia your team works.
No domain yet? Register your .com.na or international domain — or see the hosting packages with a website included.

EVERYTHING YOUR EMAIL NEEDS
Set up properly from the start, so it simply works
Your Name on Every Email
info@, accounts@, sales@ or a personal address for each team member — all on your own domain, all belonging to your business.
Works on Every Device
Standard IMAP and SMTP for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phone mail apps, plus webmail in any browser.
Secure Connections
A free SSL certificate secures webmail and the connection between your devices and our mail servers.
Daily Backups
Your hosting is backed up every day, so an accidental deletion does not have to be the end of an important message.
Reaches the Inbox
We set up the domain records that tell other mail servers your messages are genuine, which helps them land in the inbox rather than spam.
Help, Online
Questions are answered by the team that runs the servers — by email or WhatsApp, wherever you are in Namibia.
Free Webmail vs. Business Email
A free address costs nothing to set up. A business address pays for itself every time a customer decides whether to trust you.
| Aspect | Free webmail address | Business email by PHOENIX |
|---|---|---|
| Your address | yourbusiness@gmail.com | you@yourbusiness.com.na |
| First impression | Looks informal and is easy to imitate | Looks established and trustworthy |
| Your brand | Every email advertises the provider | Every email carries your own name |
| Staff changes | Access leaves with the person who opened the account | The business controls every mailbox and can reassign it |
| Control | Tied to a personal account you do not manage centrally | Addresses, passwords and forwarding managed in one place |
| Support | Help pages and forums | Online support from the PHOENIX team |
Moving away from per-user subscriptions? Self-hosted business email from PHOENIX is included in your hosting package instead of being billed per user every month, and your mailboxes live on servers managed by PHOENIX, a Namibian company, rather than on a global platform you rent. Need shared files, calendars and chat too? Nextcloud for business adds them for unlimited users at a flat monthly rate.
Business Email FAQ
Can I use my own domain name for email?
Yes — that is the point of business email. Your addresses end in your own domain, for example info@yourbusiness.com.na. If you do not have a domain yet, we register a Namibian or international domain for you and set up the mailboxes on it.
Will my business email work in Outlook and on my phone?
Yes. Your mailboxes use the standard IMAP and SMTP protocols, so they work in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mail apps on Android and iPhone. You can also read and send mail in any browser through webmail.
How many email addresses do I get?
Our Business package includes three email addresses on your own domain and the Professional package includes five, together with your website, domain and hosting. Need more mailboxes or email without a website? Ask us for a quote.
Can you move my existing email to PHOENIX?
Yes. Tell us where your email is hosted today and how many mailboxes you use. We plan the switch with you, including the domain records and the setup on your devices, so your team can keep working.
Why do some of my emails end up in spam?
Receiving mail servers check whether a message really comes from the domain it claims to. When the right DNS records — such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC — are missing or wrong, genuine mail is more likely to be treated as spam. We set up these records for the domains whose email we host.
We pay per-user subscriptions today. Why switch to self-hosted email?
Subscription suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are billed per user, every month, and your data is held on the provider's global platform. With PHOENIX, your business email is included in your hosting package and runs on servers we manage, and we help you move your mailboxes across. For shared files, calendars and chat, Nextcloud adds a complete collaboration platform for unlimited users at a flat monthly rate.
Is my email backed up?
Yes. Our hosting is backed up daily, which includes the mailboxes we host. If something important is deleted by mistake, contact us and we will help you restore it.
